I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with comfy and clean rooms and incredibly helpful staff. While the dining options were a bit limited, the prime location and excellent service made my stay memorable.

The upgrade to a larger Heritage room for an additional $200 was worth it. The location is a highlight, with unique dome-designed ceilings giving a spacious feel and convenient access to MRT stations and local food spots.
